Welcome to flogr. By using this site or placing an advert you agree to these terms.

Placing adverts

• You must only advertise items or services you are legally entitled to sell in the UK.
• Adverts must be placed in the most appropriate category and describe the item accurately.
• Prohibited items (weapons, counterfeit goods, restricted animals, etc.) will be removed without refund.
• flogr may edit, suspend or remove any advert that breaches these terms.

Paid upgrades

• Upgrade fees (Premium, Urgent, Featured, extra photos, custom backgrounds) are charged at the prices shown at checkout.
• Upgrades take effect once payment completes and are non-refundable once the advert is live, except where required by law.

Your conduct

• flogr is an advertising venue: sales contracts are between buyer and seller, and flogr is not a party to any transaction.
• Keep messages civil. Spam, harassment or fraud leads to account termination.

Liability

flogr provides the site “as is” and accepts no liability for the accuracy of adverts, the conduct of buyers or sellers, or losses arising from transactions between users.
