Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR this HR Business Partner will be employed on a 12 month FTC focussed on Attendance.

Human Resources Business Partners within this organisation make significant contribution across the operational HR function and lead on areas including: Employee Relations, Attendance, Project Management, Organisational Development and the wider HR agenda.

They are key in driving the business forward and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with Operational Management Colleagues in each Business Unit.

This post-holder will be the lead for managing attendance and responsible for the development and delivery of a programme of actions to ensure this is sustained.

They will design, implement and monitor progress of a range of initiatives to support the effective management of sickness absence to reduce sickness absence levels to meet targets.

Experience required in the role:

Educated to masters level or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience. MCIPD qualified or equivalent experience

Thorough understanding of contemporary HR practices

Proven experience of working at a senior level in a large complex
organisation

Evidence of providing HR professional advice and support at senior level

Evidence of transformational change management experience in a large complex organisation
Able to research, interpret and present complex information in a clear and logical manner
Proven Project Management experience and delivering projects in time and within budget

Formulation and implementation of employment policies

Demonstrate a good understanding of coaching in the workplace

Experience of working in a complex and high-risk change environment with multiple stakeholders and securing their engagement to deliver change
