HR Business Partner (Interim)
We are working with an organistion who provide specialist products to other businesses.
They are part of a FTSE listed group with strong trading figures and operate as a national multi-site operation.
They have recently embedded an HR BP approach from a previous re-active HR function.
The role they are recruiting for is a senior HR Business Partner who will work with the senior management population and drive forward a number of key HR projects across the business, such as L&D, Talent Management, and employee engagement.
The HR structure operates with centres of excellence, so will also work closely with Reward/ Recruitment and their L&D functions.
The successful candidate will be confident and direct in their approach, will have partnered with a senior managment team with strong stakeholder management. It is also key that this experienced is gained from a large multi-site operation.
