An excellent opportunity is available for a Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/Field Sales Manager/Account Manager to be based in London, Kent, Surrey or Sussex managing and supporting their partner travel agents based in those regions.

Candidates must have previous field sales experience within the travel industry as well as good agency relationships and account management skills.

Field Sales/Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

To actively manage and support partner travel agents
Train travel agents on selling their products
Negotiate commercial agreements with partner travel agents
Identify new businesses and activities to be featured, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and be willing to take the client to the next level

Field Sales/Regional Sales Manager Skills and Requirements

Previous Regional Sales Manager/Business Development Manager/Field Sales Manager/Account Manager experience within travel
Excellent relationship building skills
Business to business sales and relationship building experience
Strong problem solving, negotiation skills, and proven track record of defining and executing key analyses with minimal supervision
Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential

A full driving licence is required and flexibility to travel.
